A nourishing ritual to let go into the Autumn, and celebrate our inner and outer transitions between the Celtic festivals of Mabon and Samhain. Gentle yoga to move with the rhythms of nature, restorative nest building for our moments of release and Yoga Nidra to retreat and restore in our inner worlds this season in deep rest. All followed by a quiet sauna on the beach, to sit by the fire and warm our bones.
This is a slow and subtle practice for introspection, regeneration, and dreaming, where we consciously reject urgency and the need to ‘do’. Instead, we joyfully cosy and nest, welcoming the wisdom that comes with being slow cyclical beings, tending to the soft animal of our body with ritual rest that honours our inner and outer seasons.
