- Restorative yoga and yoga nidra
- A nourishing vegan lunch and delicious homemade cake
- A chance to connect with beloved LGBTQIA+ community
Accessibility Information:
Accessibility is at the heart of my work, and always considered in these community centred events. There is a ten minute walk across uneven terrain to the Earthship, but with the option to be transported by car if needed. All aspects of the day are optional, so you could choose to skip for example the walk or sauna and spend time resting in nature. The pace of the day is intended to be slow.
The Earthship has zero steps once inside and composting toilets up a few steps outside. The sauna is up 3 steps. A hearty vegan lunch and snacks will be provided but please let me know if you have any dietary requirements. Sometimes background music and essential oils are used, but they can easily be omitted if they will cause access issues for some – please let me know.
Covid Safety:
I continually recognise the need to keep our community safe from the spread of covid. There will be no more than 16 people in the venue. The Earthship is well ventilated, and in the event of good weather we will make use of outdoor areas. The space will have been cleaned and ventilated before the retreat. Attendees are required to take a lateral flow test before attending and you are welcome to wear a mask when arriving or moving around in the venue, and during the retreat at any point. As the sauna is small, social distancing is not possible when inside.
