A Pride month celebration, to bring together the LGBTQIA+ community and their friends and family, to slow down, connect, and rest with yoga and massage.
So bring along someone you want to celebrate with, for an afternoon of:
- Gentle, accessible, and playful yoga
- Guided touch and massage (with optional partner work)
- Deep rest and reconnection with yoga nidra and meditation
- Delicious sweet treats and hot tea
- Time spent in community solidarity and care
- A pride ‘goodie bag’ of treats to take care of yourself beyond the retreat
Pay it forward spaces: Leo has a pay it forward scheme funded by generous contributions. For this event we can offer an *almost* free space.

Your hosts:
Lou Thomas (they/he) is a queer and trans yoga teacher and massage therapist whose work sits at the intersection of wellness and social justice. They specialise in a neurodivergent, trauma-informed, accessible, and community-based approach. They love that when centering accessibility, it allows people to practice together in a space that can hold each individual’s own unique complexity and magic.
Leo Taylor (she/they) is a yoga teacher, therapeutic Thai massage practitioner and author – she has published books about yoga and digestive, respiratory and immune health, Yoga Teacher in a Box, available now, a celebration of diverse bodies in yoga, and is currently working on a book on embodied menopause. She is mum to four incredible queer humans, and is committed to supporting wellness in the LGBTQIA+ community as well as those loving and supporting them.
